How to make a Chocolate Banana Shake in 10 min. for 1 serving?

Cooking

We need 4 servings:

600 ml milk
30 gr liquid honey
220 gr dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
1 banana
4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
4 ice cubes

250 ml combine milk with honey and bring to a boil with continuous stirring. Add chocolate, broken into pieces. With continuous stirring, let the chocolate melt. Remove from heat and cool. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours
Combine the cooled chocolate syrup with the remaining components and beat very well in a mixer. Ice cubes should turn into small crumbs.
Pour into tall glasses and garnish with banana slices. Done!

Since childhood, we all loved milkshakes, in our city, on every corner, under the umbrella, stood refrigerators with bottles of market milk and old blenders that tirelessly threshed a cocktail with ice cream for every taste. Later, Mac Donalds appeared, and everyone began to drink Milkshakes where they still buy them to this day.

I decided that a milkshake at home can be made much more tasty and healthy, so I started the task. My favorite option is a vanilla milkshake with a banana, which is also an ice cream in it, but more on that later. In second place I have chocolate Milkshake, and then strawberry. And what is your favorite?

So, strawberry, chocolate and banana milkshake, a recipe with a photo!

Ingredients

  • milk - 250 ml (I have coconut almond, you can use any)
  • banana - 1-2 pcs
  • vanilla - pod - 1/2 pc (can be replaced with vanillin - at the tip of the knife)
  • dates - 1-2 pcs
  • to choose from:
  • strawberries - or other berries - 150 gr
  • cocoa - 1 tablespoon and nutmeg - a pinch

Actively preparing a milkshake takes just a few minutes. However, you should prepare in advance. I modified the classic milkshake with ice cream a bit in the direction of goodness and usefulness. I replaced ice cream with frozen bananas, from which I make myself a healthy banana ice cream every day. And if you still did not know this wonderful recipe, I strongly advise you to look, read and cook, because this is a godsend of the century!

Bananas need to be cleaned in advance, broken into small pieces, put in a plastic container and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours. After that, if you kill them with a blender, they will already become a ice cream, even without additives. Therefore, our milkshake without ice cream will actually be with it, only with a very healthy and natural one. We begin to prepare the basics.

Vanilla Milkshake with Banana

The first recipe for a milkshake will be the basis for everyone else. Put frozen bananas in a blender, pour them with milk.

Cut the vanilla stick in half and take the seeds out of it with a knife, put it in a blender too. Vanilla pod can be replaced with ordinary vanillin, only it needs very little, on the tip of the knife. If you want to sweeten Milkshake harder, put one or two pitted dates in it, they are easy to get.

The easiest way to beat a milkshake with a blender. I recently appeared professional blender RawMiD Dream Modern2 BDM-06, which I will discuss in detail a little later. In it, I make Milkshakes. We turn on the machine and grind everything until smooth. Milk banana smoothie is ready, pour into a glass or in a smoothie jar.

Strawberry milkshake

In this version, add strawberries to the vanilla base and grind everything again with a blender. You can immediately put all the ingredients with strawberries together, a powerful blender will cope with them and so on. If you do not have fresh strawberries, put frozen.

It is not necessary to make a milkshake with strawberries, you can use absolutely any favorite berries. A cool alternative would be blueberries or raspberries. Grind everything and pour into a glass.

Chocolate milkshake

In this last version, I will tell you how to make a cocktail of milk with cocoa. We add cocoa and pitted dates to the base.

And yes, turn on the blender for the milkshake again, grind everything well. Pour into a cup, and sprinkle with a pinch of ground nutmeg on top.
